Tactical Fillet Knife

These 7.5" fillet knives are designed to be ideal for filleting fish. The AEBL High Carbon Stainless Steel has been carefully crafted and heat treated to a high hardness in order to achieve ideal flexibility and durability when slicking through fish scales and bones. AEBL is our chosen steel for fillet knives as it is a very flexible Stainless that holds a good edge, but also offers good rust protection. Furthermore, each blade features a convex edge to provide a bit more durability

These knives come with Richlite handles, which is a moisture resistant synthetic material that holds up well against moisture. Furthermore, our handles have been given a rough textured finish to provide extra grip, and also features 2 lanyard holes in order to add a lanyard or float. 

Each knife is handmade in Manitoba, Canada, and delivered razor sharp. These knives are crafted from high quality materials with careful attention to detail, and each include a kydex sheath. These knives come with a polished satin finish.
