These paring knives are designed to with practicality and utility in mind. The blade shape is based on the Japanese santoku design which is a renowned design for its slicing capabilities. The knives are 1/16" thick at the spine and ground very thin so that they are very effective at slicing. The AEBL High Carbon Stainless Steel has been carefully heat treated to achieve the maximum capabilities of the steel to ensure lasting edge retention. Each knife is delivered razor sharp.

These knives come with a satin belt finish which helps with food release.

In order to create the most unique piece, we use exotic hardwoods that are renowned for their durability and resistance to moisture, however this knife should not be submerged in water or anything like that as the wood may potentially soak up moisture causing cracking. For cleaning we recommend a rinsing the blade with water and soap and completely drying the knife with a towe
