This East Indian Rosewood handle is quite durable and although they are not dishwasher safe, a light coat of mineral oil from time to time is enough to protect them from moisture and humidity changes, maintaining the beauty of the wood, as well as keeping that comfortable, warm feel in hand. Each knife handle has a blue G10 liner to add a pop of colour and to match the other blades in the BBQ lineup. This blade pairs well with the Trimming Knife.

The AEBL Stainless Steel is perfect for durability and those that want a low maintenance blade that will perform well.  Hardened to around 62 HRC, it'll hold up well for durable use on any cutting board.
