BBQ Slicer - This 8" BBQ Slicer is perfect for slicing medium-sized cuts of meat like roasts and steaks. Its thin edge geometry also allows for precise trimming. Trimming Knife - This curved trimming knife is crafted from AEBL stainless steel, which is specifically chosen for its use in premium razors. It boasts a razor-sharp edge that can be easily and quickly resharpened, guaranteeing that your knife is always ready for any task.

Cleaver - This meat cleaver is handmade from 440C High Carbon Stainless steel to ensure a strong and resilient blade that can withstand heavy use and chopping.
