Auxiliary V3 Stainless Hunting Knife

The Auxiliary is a small hunting and skinning knife ideal for any hunter or outdoors enthusiast. The AEBL High Carbon Stainless Steel has been carefully crafted, and has been heat treated to achieve superior durability and sharpness. Each knife is delivered razor sharp.

Since we've started making the Auxiliary it has become the most popular hunting and skinning knife that we offer at Fehr Forgeworks. Due to the comfortable handle and blade design it works well for skinning, as well as a great all around camping and utility knife. Based on customer feedback we've implemented a few updates with the Auxiliary V3 to make it even more functional.

1. Jimping

The V3 features revised jimping along the spine of the blade, starting at the handle and continuing for just over an inch to provide extra grip over the jimping on the V2.

2. Replaceable Handles

The V3 has another unique feature, which is replaceable handles. The G10 and Micarta handles are held on with Gulso Bolts, which lock in tight and keep the handles secure, but are able to be unscrewed for cleaning, as well as providing the option of different colour handles depending on preference. Furthermore the handles are textured, to provide added grip.

4. Stainless Steel 

We now offer the Auxiliary V3 in AEBL Stainless which is a very tough stainless to allow for ease of maintenance and use. Furthermore, the blade has an acid etched and stonewashed finish to help mask scratches and give a more rustick look. 

In addition each knife includes a Kydex sheath, with the option to upgrade to a hand tooled leather sheath.
